The attached report contains contact details for organisations who expressed an interest in partnering for the London Councils ESF co-financing programme 2012-2014 (Priority 3: Tackling Poverty) (AKA the Grants Committee programme).

Organisations are listed according to the target group they work with. Organisations interested in leading a bid are listed first and highlighted in yellow.

Manchester MOJ research report

This report presents the findings from BTEG’s initial research into CJS issues for BAME communities in Manchester and the BAME groups that are working on these issues. The research took place in May and June 2012. It involved a survey of BAME voluntary and community groups working in Manchester on CJS issues, and interviews with Greater Manchester Police and Manchester City Council representatives of the local Community Safety Partnership Board.

The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) is currently seeking to recruit up to two committee members in Wales and 10 committee members to join four committees across England: East of England, East Midlands, West Midlands and South West.

They are keen to receive applications from people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, who can demonstrate an affinity with a region or countries diverse and exciting heritage. They welcome applications from people from black, Asian and minority ethnic communities, disabled people and individuals across all age groups.

VCS Assist will help organisations:

•   improve project performance and outcomes for their clients

•   develop delivery partnerships with other organisations, including prime contractors and colleges
