Age 15 - 17

Key Message:

At this point in your life independence is looming, major life changes are happening and serious decisions need to be made!

Everything seems to be happening at once and revision is taking over your life whether that is for GCSEs, AS Level or A2. It is however, important to keep a balanced life and speak to family and friends if it all seems to be getting too much.

Remember, there are always people who have experienced the same as you and are willing to support you.

Good luck with those exams!

Age 11 - 14

Key Message:

Making the transition from primary school to secondary school can be tricky because you are getting use to a new and bigger environment and you are responsible for: arriving at school and lessons on time, talking care of your appearance, managing your homework, keeping your parents informed and making new friends.

Choose your friends carefully and treat people they way you like to be treated - with respect.
