Your role will be to speak and listen to young black males and ethnic minority females in schools, colleges, community organisations, pupil referral units and youth offending institutions and inspire them to make informed choices about their futures.

You should be successful in your chosen career. We hope to attract role models with entrepreneurial backgrounds as a key thread of the programme. We will look to you to encourage young people to be entrepreneurial in their approach to life.

If you have an understanding of the challenges facing young black males and ethnic minority females and want to give something back, then please apply to become a R2S Role Model. Travel and subsistence costs will be covered by BTEG.

All selected role models will be DBS checked.
